Hi, I’m Andrea Bellamore, and I know how to run a show.

Literally.

At The Eleventh Hour by Bellamore, I specialize in day-of and last-minute event management for couples, families, and hosts who want someone to take the reins when it matters most. For over 15 years, I’ve been a professional actress—living inside scripts, shaping stories, and understanding how to carry a scene from rehearsal to standing ovation. That background has given me an uncanny sense for timing, energy, and presence—all of which I now bring to the world of event coordination.

Before stepping into the role of lead coordinator, I spent 8 years as a lead caterer for high-end events. That’s where I learned to juggle logistics, solve problems in real-time, and care for guests with precision and grace. I know what it takes to run an event from every angle—not just the timeline, but the energy in the room.
